Sales Acceleration Module: Overview and Setup Guide
Triblio's Sales Acceleration Module is a CRM dashboard that displays 1st and 3rd party buyer intent signals and suggested contacts embedded directly on your CRM account records. This replaces our previous ABM Analytics Module and brings major improvements to the account activity feed, Smart Page editor, and contact suggestions.
In this guide, we'll start with an overview of the module and then finish with step-by-step installation instructions for each CRM we support. If you'd like to jump straight to the installation instructions, select your CRM from this list:
Note: These guides assume that you've already authenticated your Triblio instance with your CRM. If you need help with this, check out our CRM integration guides here.
Module Overview
The Sales Acceleration Module contains three tabs designed to show you intent activity, surface relevant contacts, and enable outreach via Smart Pages.
The Summary tab begins by highlighting the account's activity feed. This contains account-level intent signals, both from your website (1st party intent) and across the internet (3rd party intent). This activity feed also displays the account's interactions with Triblio orchestrations (e.g. ad impressions, Smart Page visits) and even CRM opportunity creation and close events. The Summary tab also shows a Sales Insights section that shows top intent topics and locations, top website pages visited by the account, the # of unique website visitors from the past 30 days, and the top IP location of those visitors.
The Contacts tab focuses on showing you the best contacts to reach out to within the account. This tab offers filtering for any of the contact attributes as well as a CSV export to help you find the right contacts quickly and accurately.
The Smart Pages tab shows you all Smart Pages that have been created for the account in Triblio. Scroll to the right and click "Edit" to try out our brand new Smart Page editor for sales users. This editor is greatly improved from the previous classic editor and most on-page elements can be modified without any code by just clicking the text/image/card and updating it in the editor palette. You can also use the Smart Pages tab in the acceleration module to create new Smart Pages for accounts via the "Add Smart Page URL" button.
