Triblio Sales Acceleration Module - How to update from the ABM Analytics Module
Triblio's new Sales Acceleration Module replaces our previous ABM Analytics Module and brings major improvements to the account activity feed, Smart Page editor, and contact suggestions.
If you're already using the ABM Analytics module, this guide will give you instructions on how to update to the Sales Acceleration Module. Click the link that corresponds to your CRM to jump to the relevant update instructions:
Note: Once you've completed these steps, reach out to support@triblio.com and ask for us to enable the Sales Acceleration Module on the backend for your instance.
Salesforce
If you've previously installed the ABM Analytics Module as a Chrome extension, you shouldn't have to do anything to update to the Sales Acceleration Module. Once enabled for your Triblio instance by your CSM, the Chrome extension will automatically update in your browser. If you manage Chrome extension updates manually, navigate to this link and update the Chrome extension to the most recent version. Now you will see the new Sales Acceleration Module embedded on your account records in Salesforce.
If you've previously installed the ABM Analytics Module as a Visualforce page, log in to Salesforce and navigate to Setup -> Custom Code -> Visualforce pages, and click "Edit" next to the current ABM Analytics Module Visualforce page. In the Visiualforce markup code, change the URL from "/sf-engagement-iframe" to "/sales-module". This will update the Visualforce page to display the new Sales Acceleration Module instead of the ABM Analytics Module.

Hubspot CRM
If you've previously installed the ABM Analytics Module as a Chrome extension, you shouldn't have to do anything to update to the Sales Acceleration Module. Microsoft Dynamics
If you've previously installed the ABM Analytics Module, start by removing the existing Triblio iframe from your account layout. Then log in to Triblio, navigate to TUX -> Setup -> Microsoft Dynamics -> Sales Acceleration Module. Then, follow the steps to install the updated Sales Acceleration Module here: https://learning.triblio.com/article/266-tux-how-to-integrate-microsoft-dynamics.
SugarCRM
If you've previously installed the ABM Analytics Module, go to the SugarCRM Admin -> Module Loader and uninstall and delete the existing Triblio ABM Analytics module. Then, go to Triblio -> TUX -> Setup -> SugarCRM > Sales Acceleration Module. Download the zipped file, upload the and install the zipped file to SugarCRM via the Module Loader in SugarCRM's admin panel. Then, make sure the newly installed module is added to your Account Record Dashboard palette. Now you will see the new Sales Acceleration Module embedded on your account records in SugarCRM.
