Contact Universe Overview

Contact Universe is a secured central hub for contacts that are imported into Triblio. Enhance your Orchestrations by using actioned sequences to push your contacts to Marketing Automation Lists, email cadences, and more.

Upload your contacts from your CRM and Marketing Automation System to expand your Contact Universe. Once uploaded, map your CRM or Marketing Automation fields to match the contact fields inside of the Universe.  

*Note Contact Universe is currently in Triblio Classic only

After mapping your fields, you will have a library of contacts which you can organize for easy views.

How can I use my contacts from the Contact Universe?

When creating Orchestrations, you can use the Actions tab to move contacts into different lists, campaigns, and email alerts.
