CRM Dashboards for Reporting

Many of our customers use Triblio data to build dashboards and reports for measuring ABM efforts directly in Salesforce. See below for a list of videos that walk you through the setup of the most common reports and dashboards.

Prerequisite: These guides assume you have the following fields already syncing to Salesforce:

  • First Activity Date
  • MQA Date
  • Account Score (Last 7 Days)
  • Account Score (Last 90 Days)

Active Accounts Report

This report shows how many accounts are coming to visit your website for the first time.

  1. Create a new Salesforce report with the "Accounts" report type
  2. Add a column for "Type" (or another field that allows you to determine whether or not an account is an ABM target account)
  3. Group rows by Triblio First Activity Date
  4. Remove "Account Name" from Group Rows
  5. Group columns by "Type" (or the field you selected in step 2)
  6. Set filters to "Show me: All Accounts" and "First Activity Date: Current and Previous FQ"
  7. Group column date by calendar month or calendar week
  8. Click "Add Chart"
  9. Click the settings wheel at the top right of the chart editor and select "Stacked Column"
  10. Click "Save and Run"

Triblio KPI Reports: Account Score

This report shows the average 90-day account score for all target accounts.

  1. Create a new Salesforce report with the "Accounts" report type
  2. Add columns for account owner, account name, account score (last 7 days), account score (last 90 days)
  3. Group rows by "Type" (or another field that allows you to determine whether or not an account is an ABM target account)
  4. Set filters to "Show me: All Accounts", "Created Date: All Time", and "Type: ABM Target" (or whatever field you used in step 3. The goal is to only include target accounts in the report.)
  5. Click "Save"

Triblio KPI Reports: Opportunities From Target Accounts

This report shows opportunities generated within your target accounts vs. opportunities generated at large.

  1. Create a new Salesforce report with the "Opportunities" report type
  2. Set columns to "Opportunity Name"
  3. Group rows by Created Date
  4. Group columns by "Type" (or another field that allows you to determine whether or not an account is an ABM target account)
  5. Set filters to "Show me: All Opportunities", "Created date: Current FY", and "Opportunity Status: Any"
  6. Click "Add Chart"
  7. Click the settings wheel at the top right of the chart editor and select "Stacked Column"
  8. Click "Save and Run"

Triblio KPI Reports: MQA Accounts

This report shows how many accounts have hit the MQA scoring threshold (i.e. a high level of engagement) over the past year. It also compares the number of MQAs generated between ABM target accounts and non-target accounts.

  1. Create a new report with the "Accounts" report type
  2. Add column for Account Name
  3. Group rows by Triblio MQA Date
  4. Group columns by "Type" (or another field that allows you to determine whether or not an account is an ABM target account)
  5. Set filters to "Show me: All Accounts", "Triblio MQA Date: Current FY"
  6. Group dates by calendar week or calendar month
  7. Click "Add Chart"
  8. Click the settings wheel at the top right of the chart editor and select "Stacked Column"
  9. Click "Save and Run"
