How does Triblio identify geolocation for website visitors?

Although Triblio has proprietary data for mapping IPs to companies, we also began getting requests from clients to provide geolocation info on these IPs. 

This data is less reliable because of ongoing changes in the IP registry, the rise of GPS as primary geolocation service, and other issues. Nevertheless we do license geolocation data from Maxmind (similar to the data you would see in Google Analytics) and provide those details in some of our reports.

Because of the known issues with this technology, users should expect to see occasional irregularities.
