Build SFDC Reports on Account Engagement

Triblio gives you the ability to push account-level metrics into Salesforce. This information is very powerful in giving you the ability to build reports to understand how accounts are behaving over a period of time.

Depending on the type of information you're interested in tracking, the exact reports will be variable, however here are recommended reports.  The steps below assume you are using Salesforce Classic.

Note: before you're able to build these reports, you must have SFDC Actions inserting field metrics into SFDC.
