What CRM fields does Triblio need to access?

When configuring the API user that will connect your CRM to Triblio, you'll need to make sure that user has permissions to read and write the appropriate objects. 

For Audience building, the API user should be able to read all fields on these objects:

  • Account
  • Contact
  • Opportunity
  • Reports

For Account Scoring, the API user should be able to additionally read from all fields on these objects:

  • Campaign
  • Lead
  • Contact

For syncing data from Triblio to SFDC, the API user should be able to write to all relevant account fields you wish to update, e.g. "Triblio - Account Score (Last 7 Days)" or "Triblio - MQA Date". Make sure the API user can override any account locks that exist as well, or the field updates will fail for locked accounts.
